My name is Julie Carter and I've been doing my Pen and Ink drawings since 1991. I started drawing after the death of my mom and son in 1991. My art is a way of expressing my feelings.

I started doing my Digital Designs in 1999. I graduated from Gavilan College in Gilroy, California, with a certificate in Computer Graphics Design in 2000.

During my life I have experienced unhappiness and troubled times. During these times my emotions found an outlet in my ink drawings and allowed me to feel free.

Currently, my life is definitely much more positive and still my emotions are being carried through my artwork.

I'm a member of the Paso Robles Art Association.  
All my artwork is my own creation and is available for purchase. My pen and ink drawings come with a bio-sketch of the artist and are limited edition. My digital designs are unlimited in number, and also come with a bio-sketch of myself. My pen & ink drawings are registered with the Library Of Congress Copyrights Washington, D.C.
